Would you like to become our partner? It's easy. All you have to do to become our partner is read the following document and agree with the terms of use of our affiliate partner’s program. After visiting your site we will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of your access, your user name and password. The company Moje delo d.o.o. will ensure that there will be enough banners and other advertising products for partners on www.aff.mojedelo.com portal. It will take care for products to be in accordance with all laws. Information security The company Moje delo d.o.o. is binding that it will consider all user names, passwords and other information as business secret. Only authorized personnel of Moje delo d.o.o will deal with this information. The owner of the password is binding that he or she will, in accordance with the Personal data security law, protect his passwords and it will not make inappropriate or illegal encroachment of privacy of other portal users. Partner’s engagement The content of partner’s web pages, on which advertisements of affiliate programs Moje Delo are posted, has to suit specific norms. We do not sign a deal with web sites that: • Promote of illegal contents, • Infringe a copyright, • Promote sexual content, racism, • Promote violence. Partner is binding that he will link his web site to www.portalznanja.com and www.mojedelo.com via URL, which he can get on http://aff.mojedelo.com. Partner chooses the position of the link on his portal and he chooses how many links he will add to his portal. Partner is binding that he will send a report for any non-functioning of the link got from http://aff.mojedelo.com. Partners are binding that all data, inscribed on http://aff.mojedelo.com are correct and they are responsible for their authenticity. The company Moje delo d.o.o. is retaining the right to block the access to a partner or erase him from the portal, if it is considered that the partner inserted incorrect data. Partner can use only the material (logo, banners, text…) provided by Moje delo d.o.o. The use of any other type of material should be consulted with Moje delo d.o.o. Partner should not use spam with links on affiliate products of partner’s system Moje Delo. In case of abuse we take the partner’s status and delete him form the affiliate program Moje Delo. Commission disbursement With realization of purchase – for example when a person confirms the registration on a training course or confirms and pays for the purchase of any other services, included in affiliate program. The realized sales can be monitored via your administrative interface, the payment is performed on the first of the month for the period of previous month or when the value of your commission is higher than 50 EUR + VAT. You get the report of realized commissions and a claim for invoicing from your side (if you are a company) or other form of payment if you are not a company. How long do you get commission from client’s purchases? You get commission from the visitor you bring on our web site and who will in the following 6 months purchase one of our products.
